Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturer defects only and applies for 180 days from the delivery date.

This warranty does not replace our Return & Refund Policy and cannot be used as an alternative to a return.


What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturer defects, including:

  • Structural defects in the acetate frame

  • Manufacturing issues with hinges or hardware

  • Lens defects present out of the box

We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer defect.


What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches on lenses or frames

  • Stretched hinges from normal or improper use

  • Damage caused by impact, drops, or pressure

  • Bending, warping, or misshaping from wear

  • Heat damage (e.g., car dashboard exposure)

  • Chemical damage from cleaning products

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Fit or comfort issues

  • Any item showing signs of use

If any signs of wear are present, the warranty is void.


Warranty Resolution: Replacement Only

If approved, the warranty provides a one-time replacement of the same item (or equivalent model if unavailable).

Refunds are NOT offered under this warranty.

Warranty claims can never be used to request a refund or exchange unrelated to a defect.

Replacements do not restart or extend the original warranty period.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email support@loolooeyewear.com with the subject line:

“Order No. #______ – Warranty Request”

Include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear description of the issue

  3. Photos showing the defect (required for approval)

We may request additional photos or ask you to return the item for inspection.

Warranty replacements ship only after we confirm the issue qualifies as a manufacturer defect.


When a Return Is Required

We may require the defective product to be returned before a replacement is issued.

If a return is required:

  • We will provide instructions

  • Customer is responsible for securely packaging the return

  • Warranty returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval


Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Items lost or stolen after delivery

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Any item not accompanied by proof of purchase
