This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.
During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Options & Rates (U.S. Only)
Standard Shipping — $4.99
• Delivered in 3–6 business days after processing
• Available to all U.S. states and territories we ship to
Free Standard Shipping on orders $95+
• Automatically applied at checkout
• Delivery estimates remain the same (4–8 business days)
Free Shipping may also be applied during "Free Shipping" promotional offers.
All orders ship with a tracked carrier. Tracking information is sent by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to:

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
LooLoo Eyewear is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once new postage is purchased.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, it is considered in transit.

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

If a package appears lost or delayed, customers must first open a claim directly with the carrier.

We may assist with documentation needed for the claim process.
Replacements or refunds are issued only after the carrier completes their investigation.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
