Promotions & Discounts Policy

At LooLoo Eyewear, we occasionally offer discount codes and promotional offers (“Promotions”). This policy explains how Promotions work and what limitations apply.

1. Eligibility and Use

  • Promotions apply only to qualifying products and orders, as shown at checkout.

  • Unless stated otherwise, discount codes are one-time use per customer.

  • Codes must be entered before completing checkout.

2. One Promotion at a Time

  • Unless explicitly stated, Promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes, offers, or automatic discounts.

  • If multiple Promotions are available, the system will apply the best available option based on Shopify settings.

3. No Retroactive Discounts

  • Promotions cannot be applied after an order is placed.

  • We do not issue partial refunds or price adjustments for:

    • missed codes

    • expired promotions

    • sale price changes

    • abandoned cart discounts not used at checkout

4. Exclusions

Promotions may exclude certain items or situations, including but not limited to:

  • gift cards (if offered)

  • bundles or limited releases

  • final sale/clearance items

  • shipping, taxes, duties, or carrier fees

5. Expiration and Changes

  • Promotions may have an expiration date and may end at any time.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at our discretion, including in cases of error, misuse, or suspected fraud.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • If you return an order purchased with a Promotion, refunds are based on the amount actually paid, not the original price.

  • If a Promotion required a minimum purchase threshold (example: free shipping over $75) and a return brings the remaining order below that threshold, the applicable discount or free shipping benefit may be removed from the refund, where permitted.

7. Misuse

We may refuse or cancel orders if we believe a Promotion is being misused, including but not limited to:

  • creating multiple accounts to redeem a one-time offer

  • reselling discount codes

  • using automated systems to redeem offers
