Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At LooLoo Eyewear, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help fix it — fairly, clearly, and without loopholes.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All accessories must be included (case, cloth, packaging, inserts)

Additional Condition (Strict)

Returns showing any signs of wear, including but not limited to scratches, lens smudges or fingerprints, stretched hinges, makeup, residue, or missing accessories, will be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost.

Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.


2. Rejected Returns

If a returned product does not meet our eligibility criteria, the return will be rejected.

Customers must either:

  • Provide their own prepaid return label, or

  • Pay LooLoo for return shipping so the item can be sent back

LooLoo will hold rejected items for 14 days from the date we notify you by email.

If shipping is not arranged within 14 days, the item will be considered abandoned and may be discarded or donated.
No refund will be issued for rejected returns.


3. Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • For returns due to change of mind, wrong style, or any non-defective reason:
    Customer pays return shipping.

  • For damaged or incorrect items:
    → LooLoo covers the cost of replacement or return shipping.

If you choose to use our prepaid return label, its cost will be deducted from your refund.


4. How to Start a Return

Email support@loolooeyewear.com using this exact subject line format:

Subject:
Order No. #______ – Return

Emails not following this format may be delayed or not processed.

Your message must include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo of the product (required before approval)

If approved, you must ship the item back within 7 days of approval.


5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the product.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless LooLoo made an error.


6. Exchanges

All exchange requests follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.
Only items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition — showing no signs of wear, including but not limited to scratches, lens smudges or fingerprints, stretched hinges, makeup, residue, or missing accessories — are eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange, email support@loolooeyewear.com using this exact subject line format:

Order No. #______ – Exchange

Emails not following this format may be delayed or not processed.

Before returning your original item, email us so we can confirm availability and hold the replacement for you.

  • Customer pays return shipping for the original item

  • Customer pays shipping for the replacement item (unless the original was defective)

We will hold the replacement item for 7 days.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will send a replacement at no cost.


8. International Orders

If we ship outside the U.S., customers are responsible for all:

  • Return shipping

  • Duties

  • Customs fees

  • Taxes

International shipping costs are non-refundable.
